Calligraphy Services

Overview

Details Calligraphy services include hand-lettering and computerized calligraphy for envelope addressing, invitation/stationery mechanicals, marriage certificates, matting-frame dedications, diplomas, place cards, menus, monograms, custom artwork and more.

Hand Calligraphy, created by our world-renowned hand-lettering artists, is available in fonts from the very traditional copperplate script to a contemporary modern block font. Custom ink colors are mixed to suit your needs. The calligraphers can also add a hand-painted flower for an added touch! Due to the customized nature of calligraphy services, turn-around times vary and take approx. anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on the calligrapher’s schedule and your specific job requirements. It is required that you provide additional envelopes or stationery to allow for human error. Single envelopes are $4.00 per and Double Envelopes (inner and Outer) are $5.00 per set.

Computer Calligraphy The In-house printing department at Details, can address your envelopes in a font and ink color that duplicates or closely match the fonts used on your invitation! Guests’ names are addressed directly onto the envelopes; no labels! Details in-house services can also personalize your invitations, place cards, wedding programs, menus and so much more! Turn around time for Computer Calligraphy also varies, and can be printed in as little three-business days. Computer Calligraphy may be a more cost effective option with a quicker turn around time. With Computer calligraphy there are no imperfections and your envelopes carry a consistent look to match your invitations. Single envelopes are $2.00 per and Double Envelopes (inner and Outer) are $2.50 per set.
