An overview of the Process: Make an appointment. We encourage appointments to ensure there is ample time for our specialists to focus on your needs. Your trained specialist will work with you to create a piece that fits your specifications, and will guide you on issues of etiquette, style, trends, prices, and mailing instructions.

After you have placed your order, your consultant will be in contact with you to review a proof of your order (think of a proof as a very final draft), help you with any last minute changes, and offer advice to ensure you are pleased with the final product.

Once printed, your completed order will be inspected and you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up and you can decide whether you'd like to visit in-store to pick up your order or have us ship it to you. Please let us know if you would like to have us address your envelopes, whether it be through our in-house printing department or by one of our amazing hand-calligraphers. The ladies at Details will be happy to take the stress out of your hands and stamp, stuff and seal your envelopes, for an additional cost and they’ll even bring them to the Ben Franklin Post Office to have them hand-cancelled!

We understand every project has a budget. There are several key factors that may affect costing for your order, including quantity, paper selection, printing method, custom requests and rush orders. Our associates will work with you to ensure your desired budget is adhered to.
